PC Services 

Diagnostic $25

We will analyze your the computer by testing the software, hardware and/or your local area network to determine the root cause of  of the issue.  

PC Tune-up $70

You will receive the following services for one PC: 

• Remove unwanted programs that can slow your PC
• Configure PC for a faster boot up and log off
• Tweak for better performance
  
• Defragment  the hard drive
• Defragment the registry

You will receive the following services for one PC:

• Connect standard components to the PC, such as a keyboard, mouse and monitor
• Configure the PC to your existing Internet connection
• Install 1 software program
  
• Connect a printer or scanner
• Configure email account
  
• Install necessary drivers
• Install Windows security updates

PC Diagnostics & Repair $85

You will receive the following services for one PC:

• Diagnose the issue
• Troubleshoot and fix Windows operating system issues
  
• Remove all viruses, adware, spyware, and rootkits
• Install all essential Windows updates (if needed)
• Provide an estimated cost for hardware and/or software needed to resolve the issue
• Tweak for performance
• Recommend additional security software (firewall and/or anti-virus)

PC Repair with Data Backup & Restore $100

You will receive the following services for one PC:

• Diagnose the issue
• Troubleshoot and fix Windows operating system issues (Operating system disc may be required)
  
• Remove all viruses, adware, spyware, and rootkits
• Install all essential Windows updates (if needed)
• Provide an estimated cost for hardware and/or software if needed to resolve the issue
• Tweak for performance
• Recommend additional security software (firewall and/or anti-virus)
• Important documents, pictures and music will be backed up and then restored to your PC

You can securely recycle your old computers, hard drives, monitors and more. Please contact me at service@omahacomputing.com for a quote.

Training $80

You will receive the following services:

• We will come directly to you to provide in-person training
• Provide general computer knowledge to familiarize you with your computer
• Make any recommendations for your computer to meet your needs
• Each additional hour will be $60

Email Configuration $30

You will receive the following services for one email account:

• We can set up your email with Microsoft Outlook or Windows live
• Set up email account
  
• Configure your email account to connect to an email server such as Gmail, Yahoo! Mail or Hotmail
• Test account and make sure it can send and receive correctly
  
• Email software is not included
  

Installs 

Hardware $25

We will install one of

• Hard Drive
  
• Memory
• DVD Drive
• Power Supply 
• Network Cards
  

Printer or Scanner $40

You will receive the following services for one PC:

• Install any ink or toner cartridges
• Install the proper software and make sure it has the most current driver
• Connect the printer to the PC
• Make sure it is printing properly

Software $25

We will complete the following services for one PC:

• Determine if the PC is compatible to run the software
• Install the software on your PC
• Make sure it has the latest drivers and/or updates 

Software Suites $40

We can install an office, anti-virus or firewall suites. We will complete the following services for one PC:

• Determine if the PC is compatible to run the software
• Install the suite
• Make sure it has the most current updates
• Install the latest virus definitions
• Create a shortcut on your desktop for quick access

Install or Upgrade OS $65

Let us install the latest operating system for you. It can take hours to install and we can help. We will complete the following services:

• Determine if the PC is compatible to run the software
• Install the Windows Operating system such as XP or Vista
• Install all critical updates 
• Install all necessary driver
• Windows operating systems only

Networking 

Basic Wireless Network Setup $90

You will receive the following services for one PC:

• Install necessary router software (If applicable)
• Encrypt network
• Change Administrator password
• Connect your wireless router to existing Internet connection
• $60 for each additional PC, printer, router or switch added to the network

Network Troubleshooting $90

You will receive the following services for one PC:

• Investigate why your computer has lost network connectivity
• Pin point the issue and get your PC back on the network 
• Complete the service by checking the connectivity to peripherals, such as a printer and making sure everything is secured

Data Backup 

9.4 GB Data Backup $65

You will receive the following services for one PC:

• Data such as photo and documents will be transferred
• Receive up to two DVDs with your saved data
  
• Relocate the data to another storage device of your choice, such as a DVD, another computer or your external or internal hard drive
• This does not include applications or other non-transferable programs
  

Unlimited Data Backup $85

You will receive the following services for one PC: 

• Transfer your photos and documents from one computer to another storage device
  
• This does not include applications or other non-transferable programs

It is the your responsibility to back up all valuable data prior to service and the technician is not reliable for any loss data (ex: pictures, music or documents).  The prices and services are subject to change without prior notice. Prices exclude software, hardware and other devices. Cash or checks must be provided upon completion of service. There is a $25 fee for bounced checks.
